Strategic Planning:

  • Establish the HOA: Assist with HOA’s policies and procedures, governing documents such as bylaws (reglamento del condominio) or restrictive covenants (condiciones restrictivas) of the community, Welcome Kit, among others.
  • Operating Budget: Prepare the operating budget after conducting an analysis and properly forecasting with developer utilities expenses, general maintenance, security alternatives and staffing requirements.
  • Planning: Assist in the planning of the annual general assembly of the Consejo de Titulares or Asociación de Residentes and its Board of Directors and provide guidance following proper documentation and the transcription of minutes, when so requested.
  • Insurance Needs: Assess and recommend the need of property and liability insurance policies.
  • Mediator Role: Act as mediator between the HOA, homeowners and the developer to solve or pre-empt construction issues, defects, or items on warranty.

Comprehensive Community Management:

  • Interim Administration: Act as Interim Administrator for the developer. PROMMA will help protect the community you built and thus, your image as developer. We will also help you with the transition over to the HOA. See responsibilities under Homeowners Association.

Real Community Integration (RCI) Option:

  • Matching Lifestyle Components: Study the need of services such as:

    • Resident Concierge Services.
    • Community Tutoring, Art and Sports Activities.
    • Resident Portal (community webpage)

PROMMA may provide these and other services for you, including turning the developer’s community sales-oriented web page into the Resident Portal.
